NIPM National Award for Best HR Practice 2011 Competition
INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION OF NIPM NATIONAL AWARD FOR BEST HR PRACTICES.
National Institute of Personnel Management is the only all-India body of professional managers engaged in the profession of personnel management, industrial relations, labour welfare, training and HRD in the country. NIPM has instituted this prestigious National Award to appreciate and encourage the organizations in our country for their best HR practices. The winning organizations shall not only get appreciation for their efforts but also ear valuable goodwill in the corporate world and society. From 2012 edition onwards the competition is held in two categories i.e below 1000 employees companies in Category-B and above 1000 employees in Category-A
The NIPM Gold and NIPM Silver winning organizations are awarded trophies during innaugural sessions of Annual National Conference of NIPM. As an organization known for practicing quality HR processes, Participate in the competition as per guidelines contained in the brochure.
